Shared Visions: Pioneering Pathways to Collective Success
This conference and this year ́s theme merges the essence of what Edges and Drinks stands for
while introducing a fresh perspective on achieving success together. "Shared Visions" focuses on the
idea that women can expand their opportunities by aligning their goals and supporting one another in
their pursuits. The program includes Keynotes, Masterclasses, Workshops and HerStory, all curated
with ambitious and curious black and brown women in mind.

The theme Pioneering Pathways to Collective Success emphasizes the power of shared aspirations and the importance of creating a community where success is celebrated collectively, reinforcing the idea that together, we can achieve more than we can imagine.
This year ́s conference will take place in the elegant “Trustees' hall” or Forstanderskapssalen” in Norwegian. It will be a roundtable conference with an attendee brochure to make it easier to network and encourage attendees to forge partnerships that can amplify their impact. With sessions dedicated to thriving from the inside out, how to strategically shape your personal and professional wellbeing and spark healthy relationships in a space where you are the majority.
All in the name of Shared Visions for Collective Success for Black and Brown Women and
